Barstool Sports is stepping into the golf world in a way that makes too much sense. They’re bringing cameras and cash to the Korn Ferry Tour’s NV5 Invitational, they’re doing it their way, and unlike Fore Play golf videos… it will be watchable. Maybe.

July 27–30, Barstool will have exclusive U.S. streaming rights to the NV5 Invitational presented by Old National Bank. Barstool isn’t just covering Korn Ferry this summer they’re launching the Barstool Creator Invitational. A friendly knockoff of the Creator Classic with a made-for-YouTube event where your golf-fluencers chase a $1 million purse on the course.

I think we can expect the main influencers to show up. You’ll have Bob Does Sports,

the Good Good crew,

and a few other big names from YouTube. Hopefully, Paige Spiranac makes an appearance too.

I’m also hopeful they can get John Daly involved.

The Sandbagger guys from Barstool put a great product out there, and they get awesome guys from the hockey world, so it’d be good to see some of that and maybe a few NFL characters that fit into the Barstool universe. The possibilities are endless. It’s going to be great to see—stay tuned for the lineup.
